Summary/Abstract: The need to prevent and fight against cross-border crime has determined the increase of an organised frame at an European and worldwide level, as well as the approach of some international, area and regional instruments that would unify the efforts of all states, using in this sense the special investigation techniques by the competent authorities during criminal inquiries in order to detect suspects and gather information to prove the criminal activity.
