Summary/Abstract: In this study we will discuss what interim measures may be ordered in the international arbitration, at the request of whom can be disposed and who can approve them, at national and international level, analyzing the rules of international conventions in matters of arbitration, the UNCITRAL Model Law on international Commercial Arbitration adopted in 1985, amended in 2006, and the regulations of international courts of arbitration from Romania, France, London and USA.
