Customer Orientation in Lodz Municipal Companies

Summary/Abstract: As a result of restructuring of the Polish economy, domestic companies have been forced to change the orientation of the action. Competition forced them to treat the client as strategic value, which resulted customer management orientation. Restructuring occurred also in case of entities which satisfy public service. The local authorities took over some of the responsibilities from the central government. In order to accomplish the tasks appointed municipal enterprises which mostly were converted into municipal company. Authors are trying to answer the question whether these companies also apply in its action-oriented management model customer.
