Summary/Abstract: The organization of justice in the European Union is important to understanding the system processes and the way in which this across borders structure. Even when the states have proven to be weak, the Court has known how to preserve the ideal of its founders by its decisions. In a Union with legal personality, the national courts become actual first instance courts for many of the cases subject to a trial. This paper presents aspects regarding the material and jurisdiction competencies of the Court and also the elements regarding the contents and the procedures of the trial.
