Summary/Abstract: In a society with pointed class contradictions, where the gap between rich and poor is increasingly accentuated, where an important part of the population knows the anxiety and insecurity, poverty, unemployment and lack of culture, a breeding ground for all sorts of excesses, antisocial manifestations is created. To this we shall add the blind rush for gain. And the oldest antisocial act, directed against the patrimony, having the power of generating a quick and easy gain, is the theft, but, its most serious form leads to another offence, namely the robbery. The robbery currently is one of the most frequent categories of offences, with a high social danger, as beyond the damaged caused to the public or private patrimony, it also injures the social relations protecting the life, physical integrity and health, reason for which we wanted by treating this issue to clarify and describe, as simple as possible, those activities crucial to be undertaken for admitting the evidence by the prosecution bodies, which will result in the identification and apprehension of perpetrators, partial or total recovery of the damage, establishing the mode of operation, and under it, even solving some facts with unknown authors.
