The Attributions of the Forensic Specialist in the Actual Investigation Stage of the Crime Scene

Summary/Abstract: The present work deals with the problems referring to the activities of the forensic specialist’s investigation at the crime-scene. Special attention is paid to the specialist’s attributions at the stage of static and dynamic phase of the crime-scene investigation. Arguments are brought in favour of applying some special procedures, means and measures of examining traces and other probing materials as well as the procession and technical ways of fixing the results of the crime-scene investigation.
