Summary/Abstract: In the multipolar world after the Cold War, most serious threats to which all nations are vulnerable, are committed or potential chemical and biological attacks (bio-chem).Bio-chem attack may be military (openly or concealed), terrorist, criminal or accidental, and are many well known examples.Civil medical response must be swift, appropriate and cooperative with military medicine, which has the forces, resources and expertise, but is usually limited in quantity to the army forces.According to NATO principles, the civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) for crisis management must be implemented in order to prevent, reduce the effects and restoring normalcy in contributing to public health in the case of the bio-chem attack.
