Summary/Abstract: These considerations critically target certain deviations reported in the jurisprudence of the Romanian courts, in the matter of reasonings of the judgments. The analyzed aspects do not refer to individual cases of judges or judgments, but to situations that, by their frequency, have become or are becoming rules in the daily activity of judges in the analyzed matter. The present article aims to critically highlight these new rules, considered by the author, on the basis of arguments given, as deviations from the legal norm, with a real potential for discredit the act of justice and the institution of the Romanian judge.
