Summary/Abstract: We find ourselves in the age of consumerism, in which the abundance of the world’s population has attracted the abundance of food and products in general. We consume anything, anytime, replacing the old with the new every second. Moral wear is what defines the life of a product. We no longer think of needs and uses, we think of a desire to always have something new, better. From an edacious point of view, the idea of natural, ecological is replaced with the idea of additive, substitutive. These are the reasons why the preoccupations of law in recent decades have begun to focus on product consumption, creating new branches such as consumer law, and also new obligations on food safety and consumer safety.
