Summary/Abstract: The article analysis the regulation function of the law system as a subsystem of the social system that is considered from the cybernetic-juridical perspective. From this point of view the social system is a dynamic, adaptively self-regulated system in relation with the purpose established by political resolution, in conformity with the general framework established by the fundamental law. Corresponding to this perspective, law distinguishes itself from philosophy, and draws near to logics, informatics and measure sciences.
