Summary/Abstract: Our our scientific approach covers the legal european and interntional framework that grant to the person the protection of the right to private life underlining its evolution over time, also noticing regulatory differences and the vision of the legislator in accordance with the evolution of society. Obviously, in the same time with the progress of the society, the interest in order to protect the right to private life has grown and the ways to look at this issue have changed radically.
