Summary/Abstract: Regarding the most serious and present form of manifestation – terrorism – but also through its classical forms – drug trafficking, arm trafficking, trafficking in human beings, cybercrime or money laundering – it can be stated for sure, that at this moment, certain organized crime has become a truly major threat of XXI century.
