Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyze the entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Management of Czestochowa University of Technology in the context of gender, as the factor originating from the personal background of a potential entrepreneur. Moreover, the objective is also to pay attention to possible impact of additional factors – the kind and degree of studies. On the one hand, these additional factors, connected with the implemented educational process, are of the environmental nature, which may affect entrepreneurial intentions, and on the other, students doing the courses connected with entrepreneurship and enterprise management, are the subject to particular substantive impact, which may direct towards starting new ventures.
