Summary/Abstract: In the article we analyze some implications of artificial intelligence in the field of patents, considering that at the beginning of the 21st century artificial intelligence contributes to the elaboration of many technical creations. We may observe a tendency to "humanize" artificial intelligence from the perspective of using the phrase robot-creator, when independent and autonomous artificial intelligence creates inventions. However, the current patent system places man and his creation in the legal center, and artificial intelligence is a science challenge that is beginning to carve out a new legal reality.
