Summary/Abstract: Modern firm functioning is based on the inter and intraorganizational network of relations. Social relations are the most important for a lot of firms. Those relations create organizational social capital, especially if they can be created using CSR. This work indicates the essence of this phenomenon which is illustrated with the empirical example of creating relationships as applied by SMEs of the Łódź region.
