Summary/Abstract: Enforcing court orders that have remained final and irrevocable, entered into the ruling represent the corollary of the activity of enacting justice. It confers finality, efficiency, force – fundamental activities of any civilized, democratic state, that of enacting justice. Without respecting, enforcing court orders, the activity of attaining justice would remain unfeasible. For this reason their incrimination was both imposed and justified.
