POLITICAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE KOSOVO COMMITTEE AND THE MACEDONIAN REVOLUTIONARY ORGANIZATIONS (1921 - 1933)

Summary/Abstract: The main task of this article is to present the three agreements concluded in the Kosovo Committee with different subjects of the Macedonian Revolutionary Movement in period of betwen the two world wars. This should prove the thesis that the Kosovo Committee in cooperation with the Macedonian revolutionary organizations acted exlusively pragmatically, taking the account in their own goals and distancing themselves from the dissagrement and the clash with the Macedonian revolutionary movement . The first agreement betweenthe Kosovo Committee and the Macedonian Revolutionary Organization was signed in December 1921 in Tirana. The second one between the Kosovo Committee and VMRO (the united) was signed in February 1926, and the third agreement between Hasan Prishtina as a representative of the Kosovo Committe and Vanco Mihailov as a representative of the MRO was signed in April 1933 in Sofia.Despite the signing of these agreements between the two revolutionary committes, however their co-operation remained within the framework of political relations, without any specific activities.
