Defining Parts of Speech in some Grammars of Albanian

Summary/Abstract: This article aims at examining the definition or description of parts of speech in some grammars of Albanian. Apart from the research of literature and the theoretic context, this paper also includes and presents findings, results and eventual insufficiencies in the definition of different parts of speech in grammars of Albanian, which are mostly taught at the university level. Following the identification of finding, results and deficiencies, this paper deduces conclusions and necessary recommendations, with the purpose of improving the quality of future compositions of Albanian grammars.
