Summary/Abstract: In this study, we analyze, in an interdisciplinary manner, the crime of exercising without the right the atributions of priest. It is necessary to analyze this criminal because many defrocked persons exercise these atributions unlegaly, most often under the auspices of associations. The passivity of citizens and of the state authorities regarding this criminal practice will inevitably lead to generating a chain crimes such as: fraud, traffick of influence, use of forgery, public incitement, incitement to hatred or discrimination, etc., as well as to materialy and moraly damaged victims. In the following, we will analizee the stated offense starting from the orthodox church criminal law and heading towards the state criminal law.
