Summary/Abstract: Given the lightness with which the state authorities decided to apply new restrictive measures in the field of religious freedom, in the context of the celebration of Saint Pious Parascheva from Iaşi, I considered necessary to present new clarifications, in order to give an alarm signal on the persistent conduct of violating the constitutional and legal provisions, applicable in the matter.
