Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to introduce a comprehensive age management model to support the organizations facing up the aging human resources. The model has been developed from Porter’s idea chain of value of age management which presents activities and tools of human resources management from one hand and the values and solutions implemented into organizations from the other hand.
