Summary/Abstract: Teaching macroeconomics proves to be a rather difficult discipline, as for the university professors, as well as for the students. Having in mind that it involves multidisciplinary knowledge from various fields of politic, economic, geographic, mathematic, anthropologic and other development sciences, it gets even more interesting to deliver specific knowledge or even to disseminate research results on a narrow track like the economic development of various countries, regions or local territories. Writing a course or seminar material on specific topics of macroeconomics proves to be a serious challenge from a professor’s point of view, because it involves a great amount of field research rather than just presenting some of the well-known theories in the field. Understanding such academic materials from the students’ point of view proves to be even more difficult, because most of the times they aren’t familiarized with concepts like political economy or economic geography, because such prerequisites aren’t taught at an early stage like the gymnasiums or high-school classes (other than economic profile classes), where disciplines like Civic Education or Entrepreneurial Education or Economics could rise the pupils’ interest to adjust their thinking in an appropriately manner, from a microeconomic perspective of the human in relation with a business towards a macroeconomic perspective of the human in relation with the society and economic development across the world. It could be useful to learn from an early age what economic development means in various transdisciplinary tracks sociology, history, geography, statistics, business administration, and so on.
