Current conceptual references regarding fraud to law and public order in the field of private international law

Summary/Abstract: relating to private international law have become increasingly frequent, the security of the citizens and businesses, and certain fundamental social values are seriously threatened. This study deals with a key issue regarding fraud to law and the concept of public order in private international law, issues known, but very important and topical. Although legal doctrine and case law pays special attention to studying and investigating cases of defrauding the law and violation of public order in private international law, they are processes very complex, that continues to face all countries of the world and whose unintended consequences are sought to be limited as much as possible, their eradication being impossible.
