The Impact of the End of Support Under the Program Family on Its Own to Situations of Households with a Mortgage under the RnS

Summary/Abstract: The author takes a reflection on the effects of ending subsidies to the interest portion of installment loans in PLN in RnS program. The aim of the study is primarily an indication of the potential risk of loss of stability of households with obligations under RnS, which in the long years of 2015-2021 actually increase the value of finansial liabilities. The main objective of the study is to identify risks, as well as an attempt to determine its potential scale, both in terms of coverage, as well as the increase in liability amounts.
