Summary/Abstract: The article is based on a pilot study, carried out on a sample of 30 people: 10 managers and 20 employees in organizations of commercial type. The literature and empirical research revealed trends of challenges in relation to the management. They have been formulated to investigate the subjective opinion of the actual state of both, managers and executive staff.The first part of the article are: introduction and analysis of the literature. The second part is the own research. At the end mentioned are applications and reference to verify the hypothesis presented in the introduction.
