Combat service support of the Polish Military Contingent in the International Force in Kosovo (KFOR)

Summary/Abstract: The article begins with a series of presentations in which the authors show a combat ser vices of the Polish Military Contingent dedicated to operations in the Republic of Kosovo. It describes the action of the national logistics support element (NSE) which is a dedicated logistics cell on the national supply and which is a part of multinational logistics. The article outlined the essential areas and factors forming logistic systems of multina tional operations. Special attention has been given to activities related to: forecasting de mand, the development of contracts, preparation of documentation, and support troops.
