Safety of Logistics Processes in the International Trade

Summary/Abstract: The integration of economic activities on an international and global scale brings with it a growing process of flows of both people and goods. This results in an increase in the re quirements and expectations of customers. Increasingly, a key element of the awards on the market becomes a level of customer service, which exerts strong pressure on companies to find new ways to create and deliver added value for the customer. The article pointed out the essential areas and factors shaping the security logistics sys tems in international trade. Special attention has been given to operations connected with: forecasting demand, drawing up contracts, preparing documentation, customer support, service support, packaging and labeling of the product
