Summary/Abstract: The elasticity of both the way and the time of work as well as the consequent communication within the organization includes many undoubted advantages, repeatedly raised and discussed in detail in various research studies in this field. The purpose of this article is  fora change  to draw attention and discuss the disadvantages. Flexible working hours and inparticular a flexible and inevitably virtualizing ability to communicate to employers and employees (as well as co-workers) causes that people seem to be at work in a continuous, uninterrupted and even intrusive way. This affects the balance between work and non-work life. The study discusses this mechanism, analyzes it and presents recommendations.
