Summary/Abstract: The issue of generational changes is a significant field of analysis connected with planning and building one’s professional career. The changes manifest themselves in new, diverse attitudes of the youth towards their aspirations, education, work and personal future. The attitudes – of the Y and NEET Generations that the article deals with– present the challenge for both educational-professional counselling and the process of their transition from education to the labour market, as well as for the employers.
