Summary/Abstract: Logistics is constantly evolving as a result of market changes. New areas of application of logistics processes are new solutions for logistics. Traditionally procurement processes can be distinguished. The changes that affect companies are the need to plan supply throughout entire supply chains. The purpose of this article is to present procurement processes in the context of supply chain management. This characteristic was based on a case study and analysis of the literature on the subject.
