Summary/Abstract: Art-based intervention programs in business are successfully implemented in enterprises all over the world. The reason for their implementation is the belief in the benefits of active employee participation in cultural projects. In the light of the results of representative secondary research quoted in the article, employees using this type of program increase their thinking fluency, sensitivity or creative activity. The article presents the results of own research carried out using the method of case study devoted to incidental artistic intervention in a company from the financial sector X. Itturned out that the practice of marriage of art and business in this organization is far from the postulates presented in the literature of the subject.
