Summary/Abstract: Unambiguous opinions onbenefits regarding the HR diversity management has brought researchers to the idea of inclusive organization. The diversity of employees cangive tangible benefits but only in inclusive organizations, in which there is a climate fordiversity respect. Creating inclusive organizations translates into higher job satisfaction and commitment, new ideas and greater work efficiency. The article presents results of questionnaire research aimed at identification key professional values respected by men and women representing four age groups. The sample consists of 2076 employees from 50 enterprises. Although the surveyed employees definitely prefer similar three professional values, however there are relative differences in their intensity and changes in particular age groups are observed. These changes are much more dynamic among women than men in distinguished four age groups. Research conclusions and recommendations refer to possibly way of an inclusive organization creation.
