Summary/Abstract: The aim of the presented article is to identify the concept of HNS as an area of international and national regulation and to present a functioning host state support system (HNS) whose continuous development is the basis for generating appropriate conditions in Poland tocreate a logistics system in the sphere of displacement as part of the North Atlantic Alliance. The article was based on the analysis of formal and legal documents and normative acts in force inthe Ministry of National Defense. The article presents basic legal acts and formal rules determining the functioning of the host country’s support system, especially in the logistic aspect with regard to the identification of conditions for the implementation of allied forces’ relocations.
