Summary/Abstract: The article is a continuation of the article in volume XVIII, issue 2 “Entrepreneurship and Management”, which analyzed the demographic, socio-cultural and formal-legalfactors of shaping the business models of private senior homes in Poland. In this publication, the author has characterized the organizational aspects and selected features of business models for existing projects that determine the shape and profile of the business,taking into account organizational and market factors. Characteristics and analysis were carried out on the basis of available literature, registers of facilities providing care for the elderly people, and other documents revealing elements of business models of units operating in Poland and in Western Europe.
