Summary/Abstract: The pace, complexity, and unpredictability of the modern world of business, called the new normality, imprint on the functioning of the organization and shape jobs. It turns out, however, that traditional jobs are unmatched to human evolution and the development of its consciousness. Therefore, it is necessary to search for new solutions, among which the concept of the Turquoise Organization, developed by F. Laloux, deserves particular attention. Taking this into account, the aim of the paper is to determine the possibility of implementing such a solution in contemporary organizations based on the primary (own research) and secondary data. The starting point for the assessment of the turquoise workplace implementation is the debate on the workplaces, where employees perform their professional duties, based on the analysis of the foregoing and the future (turquoise) workplaces.
