Summary/Abstract: In Israel the relation tissue between the Jewish majority and the Arab minority ischaracterized in increasing tensions and in exclusion and negation relations, worsening of inequalitymay also cause a crisis and violence and create a threat upon the democratic character of the country.In the current research the authors examined the equality issue in the education policy in the state ofIsrael and focused on the economic causes to marginalization in education in the Bedouin sector.
