Financial Stability Institutional Framework Evolution

Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the institutional circumstances that lead to financial instability. The task of managing financial stability are enormously challenging for regulators and supervisors. These tasks also include: • Establishing Financial Stability Board, • Establishing European Financial Stability Board • Establishing Polish Financial Stability Board. All this institutions create network for systemic risk management. A systemic risk to a financial system is manifest when changes in financial stability, internal and/ or external, lead to major disruptions beyond the collective tolerance level of the participants of economic life.
