Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the role and importance of Business Angels in the field of so-called filiing equity gap which is considered one of the most important brake developments of entrepreneurship. To illustrate the importance of the development of the business angels in Poland, the article summarizes the most important statistics compared to other European countries.
