Summary/Abstract: Expansion of innovative integration structures is determined by many factors. The aim of the study is an attempt to show the Triple Helix model as an example of effective cooperation entities, including the relationship between the three types of actors: research centers, industry and government. Another model might be a  Quadruple or Quintuple Helix, including the media and the public and the environment. Creating and strengthening relationships based on these models contributes to economic development, stimulating regional expansion. The study approximated the concept and importance of cooperation in the activities of enterprises. They made a short presentation of the concept and advantages of clustering, as well as the motives and benefits of the development of innovative integration ties. The study hypothesized assuming vital importance of effective cooperation for the proper expansion of cluster structures in agribusiness. Developing enriched presentation of research results in relation to the factors conducive to effective development of cluster structures.
