Summary/Abstract: The paper considers issues of employment on political positions. There are three groups of workers in the public sector – state officials corps, auxiliary employees corps and so-called political corps.The latter refers to employment of persons who hold political posts (authoritative). These persons have a special legal status in many countries (e.g. France, Germany, Russia). Employment relationships of such persons are qualified in Poland as so-called constitutional law employment.
