The Right to Benefit from Social Services in Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: The legal form of Slovak republic in field of offering of social services is passing through the transformation process as well as in the other countries. The purpose of our contribution is to advert to the actual legal condition in offering social services in Slovak republic and advert to the shortcomings and problems of that examined field, as well. Objective contribution is inspiring for perception of offering of social services in term of non-discrimination and in term of abidance and observance of parity principles and social fairness and solidarity, as well.
