The Contribution of the Value of Non-profit Sector for the Interpretation of the Law

Summary/Abstract: The article shows that law is an empty instrument of it is not loaded with social values. Non-profit sectors as well as non-for-profit organizations are bearers of many values shared in society. However, the law rather draws values from political parties or private subjects following only partial politics. As I mention before, law is an instrument and we need to fill it with values. But, this is living instrument. Although we face changes in civil sector, we can still find many suggestive approaches in this area for law. What is also important for law is the critical potential of non-for-profit sector. Here we can find many useful and critical looks on law and inadequacies in its application and interpretation. This is also the reason why to study possibilities of law in this area and methods how to improve the contemporary picture of law.
