Summary/Abstract: Article aims to study the succession as a process of change occurring in accordance with the theory of change management. Organizational transformationscan be modeled in many ways that differ in their approach understanding and driving factors. Author presents a dialectical model as one of the ways to implement change in the family business which is the assumption of power by the successor of the company.
