Talent Management in a Small Business Services

Summary/Abstract: Today, talent management in every company is one of the challenges in dynamic environments is a factor of production, so the creation and transfer of knowledge become priorities in organizations, which according to its growth professional, modernize how to manage companies. A competency is enabling collaborative learning success. The objective was to determine the importance of talent management in the microenterprise Nail Store. A qualitative methodology was used in the construction or generate a theory from a series of propositions extracted from a theoretical body that will serve as a starting point the researcher, for which a theoretical sample is formed by one or necessary more cases [Martínez 2006]. Also, in this study the description and analysis of a small business in relation to talent management with a documentary analysis is presented. The data collection techniques were semi-structured interview and observation. The results and conclusion show us that the importance of talent management in Nail Store is performed as follows:1. The staff is training continuously, learning techniques, increasing their knowledge collaboratively so the business is successful. 2. Talent management includes the concept of business training in accordance with the reality of the competitive environment, demonstrating that Nail Store presents innovative capacity and human talent. 3. Nail Store distributes exclusively brand products Organic Nails in the state of Tabasco and Chiapas Palenque, Mexico, constituting a competitive advantage in the market.
