Summary/Abstract: There are two aspects of this work - one is sociological, based on sociological insights into the relation of globalization trends to B&H culture and art. Another aspect of this article is pedagogical, which places its emphasis on observation on the development of the child and educational processes in the age of digital technology, which are one of the consequences of the transition of B&H society. The content and depth of change in B&H society encompasses a longer period of transition changes in all segments of society, firstly political changes, new territorial and demographic structures of society and the state, which in their retrograde processes have largely left major consequences for the upbringing, education and culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina. "Instead of democratizing society, we have sunk into totalitarianism, the backbone of which was nationalism; instead of into an economic transition and a market economy, we have sunk into a mafia-criminal and corruption situation; instead of human rights, a collectivity of national rights was established in which the individual and his interest do not exist (...)” (Fočo, S. 2005: 49). On the other hand, young people are in coexistence with all the products of the West, first with the digital world which is becoming one of the dominant factors, even with its existence it influences the education process and therefore the development of personality. Through his actions he creates changes in the current “hierarchy” of education. The roles of all factors are changing. Teachers and professors are no longer the only source of information. Information is easily accessible to students everywhere. The role of educators of young people is changing, in fact, the role in which the teacher and professor was the source of information is disappearing; shapes itself into a role in which it helps pupils and students by focusing on the right information and helping them to organize already existing ones. Therefore, it is said that the teacher is no longer a soloist but a supporting vocalist (Delors, J. 1998). Through the empirical part of this paper, we will show what students think about B&H society and culture, and how to overcome transitional changes in B&H society.
