Summary/Abstract: The crisis that has affected the world economic system is still an important source of vulnerabilities and insecurity at national, regional and global level. Disruption or collapse of the national economy take effect at all levels of security. Its gravity and extension are unprecedented, with destabilizing effects that are felt in all structures and areas. That is why the financial system and, in general, economy still depend on state intervention.
