Summary/Abstract: In this article, the authors highlight the fact that Romania has participated and actively participates to the war against international terrorism, through its implication in the conflicts from Afghanistan and Iraq, where our military presence has amplified, along with the NATO driven ISAF mission. The study aims to show Romania’s presence in the conflict areas as a mean of objectifying the role that our country plays as a NATO member state.
