Summary/Abstract: Justice is a very important social value, to which unhindered achievement depends the whole order of law. Any act directed against the activity of justice is a violation of the social relations that ensure the normal functioning of the justice bodies, to which not only the courts, but also the bodies, whose direct task is related to the contribution to the achievement of justice.But the perpetration of socially dangerous facts such as false denunciation or false complaint, false statement, false conclusion or incorrect translation, endangers the act of justice, creates deficiencies in finding the truth, fair and objective examination of the criminal case. In fact, for the act of justice to prevail, it is necessary, first of all, to discover the crime, qualitative investigation of all the circumstances of the case, to attract the culprit to criminal liability and to send the appropriate evidence in court. The issuance of a sentence, substantiated and legal, to a large extent, depends on the completeness and thoroughness of the criminal investigation carried out and the evidence accumulated and administered in the file. Namely, for this reason, it should be mentioned that the facts that prevent the objective execution of the criminal prosecution, thus, prevent the correct and adequate execution of the act of justice.
