Summary/Abstract: This article asserts the legal character of resolutions adopted by the bodies of self-government of legal advisers in matters concerning entries in the list of legal advisers and trainee legal advisers, removal of entries, transfer of entries, and suspension of the right to practice the profession. The evaluation criterion applied is, first of all, the scope of activity of the self-government of legal advisers in connection with the performance of state imperium powers vested in it, as well as the activity within its own dominium sphere.
