Summary/Abstract: Globalization processes and contemporary tendencies, which are increasingly present in all segments of social life have an increasing impact on the field of labor law. As a concomitant occurrence of these tendencies, in “labor law” appears the so-called flexibility of labor legislation, which must be accepted as a necessity. The reason for understanding of these changes should be sought primarily in the fact that globalization has made major changes in economic life at international level, as well as in the areas of technical, cultural and political environment, which results in the need to adapt to these and such changes. In support of this, as well as the modernization of labor legislation, recommendations and guidelines come from the global level in the form of international labor standards. In the paper, particular attention will be paid to establishment of new employment relationships, which become atypical, compared to traditional ways of establishing employment.
